ORDERS & SHIPPING


You can check your order status by clicking here. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number for you to follow your order's progress.


Please drop us an email to hello@lynxlabel.com as soon as you can if you'd like to make any changes to your order. We will try our best to make any amendments, but if your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. However, we are happy to walk you through our easy returns process.


Self-pickup is available upon request, please send us an email to hello@lynxlabel.com for a confirmation.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay and ShopPay. Take your pick!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
- All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and including any tags.
- Purchase of sale items during promotional periods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for postage costs of returned items.
- If you return an item that does not meet requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.


    To start a return request, please:

    1. Email us at hello@lynxlabel.com with the following details:

    - Order number
    - Order date
    - Product, colour, quantity & size of the returned items
    - Reason for the return
    - Colour & size of replacement pair (for exchanges only)

    2. Pack the item in its original packing material.
    3. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. We will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.



      Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return after it has been received. If your return is successful, we will send you an email confirmation and refund the price of the items including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

      - Order number
      - Email address used for order
      - Product name
      - Photo of the defect

      Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to initiate an exchange process. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.



      Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. If your return is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee of $3 will be charged to send your order back to you. If you are unsure of an item's return eligibility, you may check our full Return Policy here.


      PRODUCTS & REWARDS


      Lynx Label comes out with new collections every few months and will try our best to restock if a particular design is popular. We would love to hear from you - let us know what you want to see more of in our stores (expand our style/size/colour selections) and we might just make that happen!


      You can check out our detailed size guide here to help you find the perfect fit. If you are in between sizes, our products are tailored for more petite Asian frames so we recommend sizing up.       An alternative would be to purchase both sizes to try on - our easy returns process allows you to get a full refund within 30 days of delivery.



      We believe that different fabrics complement different workout types. It's important to choose the right skin feel depending on our activities throughout the day.

      We currently have two types of fabric - Bare and Flow, and we are soon releasing one more fabric type for extreme workouts. Refer to our Fabrication Guide for more information.



      There are recommended wash and care instructions for every item under 'Product Care' in the product page. The details are also available on the inner label of your Lynx Label apparel for easy reference!

      As a general rule of thumb for most activewear - machine wash in cold water (gentle cycle), separate dark colours from lighter shades, do not bleach/tumble dry/iron.

      Choose your reward, redeem them and use your reward(s) upon checkout in your next order with us.



      Send a friend a coupon for 15% off their first order and upon their first purchase, you will be rewarded with 300 Lynx Coins to redeem more rewards. There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make, but to get rewarded make sure your friends use your referral link for their purchase.

      A referral can be rejected if we identify any dishonest acts, i.e. creation of fake accounts and/or duplicate accounts.
