If something’s not quite right for you, don’t sweat it – just send it back to us!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and including any tags.
  • Purchase of sale items during promotional periods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for postage costs of returned items.
  • If you return an item that does not meet requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

To start a return request, please:

  1. Email us at hello@lynxlabel.com with the following details:
    1. Order number
    2. Order date
    3. Product, colour, quantity & size of the returned items
    4. Reason for the return
    5. Colour & size of replacement pair (for exchanges only)
  2. Pack the item in its original packing material.
  3. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. We will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.
